At VYCTOR Engineering, our goal is to design products and implement efficient & robust processes that delight customers and bottom lines. We've found that the most successful projects share a common denominator of purposeful collaboration & intentional partnerships. We solve problems side by side with company leaders in operations, engineering, and design.
With much of his experience in the highly regulated medical device industry, Justin's skills transfer to a wide range of projects and industries. Through launching breakthrough products, sustaining legacy programs, leading multi-functional teams, and expanding facilities, he has extensive experience in all phases of product & process development, from early research through product & process growth.

With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Louisville, his professional career started at Ethicon Endo Surgery (J&J). Immersed in talented engineering teams, he developed his engineering foundation and learned the importance of collaboration between core teams, extended partners, plants & suppliers. He resolved numerous product design & manufacturing challenges with intricate endoscopic cutter-stapler devices and other class II and III devices (trocars, biopsy probes, gastric band implant). After 10 years at J&J, he transitioned to AtriCure, where he made significant contributions through 8 new product launches, 3 facility expansions, and numerous critical supply chain initiatives. He led projects in the cryoablation, RF ablation, and clip product families with some of his most rewarding work coming in early phase collaborative breakthroughs. After 10 years at AtriCure, he founded VYCTOR Engineering where collaboration & partnership are integral to project success.
